New Partnership With Local Sugar

In the time that I have had this blog I have been approached by many people asking me to partner with them or for them to add their content to the blog. I've considered all of these requests but have always declined the offer.  This blog is my voice, my outlet, my baby. There never has been a situation where I was ask to partner where I did not feel like it would be a compromise, until now.  Over the last few months, I have been wanting to expand the scope of the blog, to more things mobile, specifically the fast growing mobile retail scene in DFW. But, my time is already limited, so to take on those additional businesses and give them the attention they deserve was really not something I could do.

Recently, I was approached by Local Sugar, a new blog that is a great resource for finding local shops and eateries in DFW. Each boutique, restaurant, and gathering spot is hand picked by the Local Sugar team. The site offers many unique features, like the "Plan My Trip"  feature which allows users to select a day outing pre-created by Local Sugar or customize an outing with their own favorite places.  Local Sugar is the perfect resource for sifting through the city and finding all things local.

Of most interest is the "On Wheels" section which features the local food trucks as well as the local mobile retailers that I want everyone to know about.  From time to time you will see me reference this section of Local Sugar and see that site link back to DFW Food Truck Foodie. We have some great ideas we are tossing around, so I think this is going to be a great partnership for everyone.

The LocalSugar.com link is on the right hand side of this page and I also encourage you to follow the Local Sugar team on Facebook and Twitter and use them to find the local jewels in both Dallas and Fort Worth.
