Lucky Ducky Dogs Headed To Retirement

Tonight I received one of those happy/sad emails that I hate to receive.  The happy news is that Marshall Hays, owner of Lucky Ducky Dog trucks and his wife are expecting their second child! Which leads to the sad news that because Marshall also owns the Lucky Ducky Car Wash and Lube business, the time that having a second child entails means that at the end of August, Lucky Ducky Dogs food truck will be retired.

Marshall tells me that he is setting up the calendar for August so that loyal customers can get their fill and those who haven't had "fun with meat" can give Lucky Ducky Dogs a try. I, personally, recommend the gator dog for something creative and tasty.  The last day of service will be August 31, at Community Beer. Check the schedule on Lucky Ducky Dog's webpage to find them at other locations in Dallas throughout the month.

And if anyone wants so purchase Lucky Ducky Dogs and and continue the brand and creativeness that Marshall and his team have brought to the streets, Marshall is willing to sell you the truck, the recipes, the equipment and the brand, you can reach him at marshall@luckyduckydogs.com.

I'm sad to see this truck leave the streets but wish Marshall and his growing family all the best!
