If you are like me, much of the appeal of food trucks is the variety of meals you can get for your family. Being able to try new things without having to track down recipes and buy new ingredients that you will never use again makes a short drive to a local truck completely worth it. But sometimes there just isn't a food truck close by. Sometimes, you do have to cook a meal at home.

Today, I was notified by Kraft that their Fresh Possibilities Food Truck Tour will be rolling through the Metroplex. This truck will be showcasing Kraft Fresh Take products and demonstrating how to use the products to make home cooked meals in 60 different ways that will appeal to the entire family.
The Fresh Take packet is a meal kit comprised of fresh cheeses, spices, and breadcrumbs all in one compartmentalized bag that requires minimal prep work and has easy clean up. At each truck location the Fresh Take team will be giving out free samples of Fresh Take, coupons, and recipe ideas.
